How do we get started?+
Tell us a little about your product, where you are in the process, and what you’re trying to solve. We’ll start by understanding your goals, target market, and development constraints, then work out where design can make the most difference. You don’t need a fully developed brief to start a conversation.
What does your design process look like?+
We start with the people who will use the product, the problems it needs to solve, and what could make it stand apart. From there, we develop concepts, explore form and usability, and refine the selected direction. Key decisions are reviewed along the way, so the work stays connected to the original goals.
How are projects priced?+
Pricing depends on the product’s complexity, the scope of work, and the deliverables involved. Once we understand your project, we’ll propose a clear scope and fee. You can engage us for a complete industrial design project or a defined stage of work.
Can we hire you for just one part of a project?+
Absolutely. Some clients need a product designed from the ground up. Others need help with a redesign, CMF, concept development, or a consistent design language across a product range. We can focus on the work that matters most to your project.
What if we already have an in-house design team?+
That’s not a problem. We can collaborate with your existing team on a specific product, explore an alternative direction, or provide an independent perspective on an important design decision. Our role is to complement your team, not replace it.
Can you support development beyond the design stage?+
We consider materials, construction, manufacturing methods, and cost from the early design stages. If your project needs engineering, prototyping, or manufacturing support, we can explore working with suitable specialists and define responsibilities before that work begins.
